Engagement Requirements & Preparation

To ensure a thorough and accurate diagnostic, client teams provide:

• Read-only export access or secure query access to your event analytics logs (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, BigQuery, or custom warehouse tables).
• Product walkthrough notes and current tracking documentation (if available).
• A minimum history of 30 continuous days of user telemetry with at least 5,000 monthly active users (MAU).

Pricing & Terms of Service

• Fixed Fee: $4,200 USD (or equivalent THB invoice).
• Payment Schedule: 50% deposit upon kickoff and signing of mutual NDA; 50% upon delivery of final report and completion of executive briefing.
